I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Seoul, surrounded by the vibrant Myeongdong area. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service, and the cleanliness was impressive. However, the rooms were on the small side, which might not be ideal for everyone. The dining options were consistent but could use a bit more variety.

My family's stay at this hotel was quite uncomfortable due to room design and heating issues. Despite the excellent location that made exploring Seoul easy, the small room size made our experience less than ideal. We had to open the window for air, which created privacy issues between connecting rooms. On the bright side, the good food and friendly staff provided some redemption.

I spent 8 nights at this hotel and while it's in a fantastic location near subway access and vibrant shopping, the room was extremely small and not practical for comfort, especially when traveling with others. Wi-Fi was inconsistent and the breakfast had decent options but could use improvement. Overall, I would look for a different place if I return to Seoul.
