amazing spot for exploring!

The location is fantastic. It's close to the transit system. finding the hotel was a little tricky when i arrived late the first night. the night market is just a short walk away. the reception staff recommended a tour company, a plus tour, that gave me an excellent tour, and they took me to sample the local cuisine.
my stay was good, though there was a crack in the tiles near the shower area, and i almost tripped, it wasn't safe at all!

the hotel is near a subway entry [line #1 city hall subway exit 6]. the train ride from the airport to the hotel involves one easy change at station. line #2 and multiple bus lines are also within a 5 minute walk.

the bell desk is located on the ground floor, and then guests take the elevator to the top floor to check in. there is a starbucks on the ground floor, along with two other coffee shops and a 7/11 convenience store next door.

lotte department store is across the road; the basement level 1 has a food court that opens at 10:30 am. the myeongdong night markets are just one block down; these markets feature street food vendors and restaurants, it's all very vibrant.

i booked two adjoining rooms for the three of us; one room features a queen bed, an ensuite, a desk, and no windows. it connects to a twin singles room with an ensuite and large windows, this offers space and privacy for everyone.

the staff at reception was helpful, recommending a local tour company. the airport limousine bus stop is very close to the hotel, which was great. the staff assisted with directions to nearby attractions.

The hotel's location is convenient. It's very close to transport and shopping areas. The room had a good size, and everything was clean. The staff were really nice and helpful throughout my stay. I found storing my luggage was straightforward while traveling to other areas.
The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a little low.

The location was SUPERB, near the shopping district. The room was clean. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. He managed to call taxis during rush hour when we needed to catch our train. Breakfast was really GOOD, with lots of choices.
The wifi was pretty TERRIBLE, it was spotty at times.

Our deluxe twin room included two comfortable twin beds, perfect for a family. There was adequate space for luggage, and the bathroom featured a rainfall shower. Block out blinds ENSURED restful sleep.

The staff were always ready to assist, especially the concierge. He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and was very efficient. The front desk helped us with our requests IMMENSELY.

The room was too warm and i couldn't adjust the temperature. i asked about it, but i learned the temperature control was centrally managed so opening a window was my only solution. this was not very effective. It.
